This reminds me of the time I was watching my silver GTi on eBay. It had a Buy It Now about £50 above what it was probably worth. The bidding was climbing with still a couple of hundred to go before the BIN was reached, but couldn't wait and bought it there and then. A decision I have never regretted as I believe I (modestly) got my hands on one of the finest examples around.

This cannot, surely, be a bad buy at the Buy It Now price.

Go for it.

The bidding was climbing with still a couple of hundred to go before the BIN was reached, but couldn't wait and bought it there and then - apparently (as the seller told me later) a few minutes before a similarly-minded individual, who had been in extensive contact with the seller, could get to a computer.
