By word association the Irish trip can go to the birth place of Hurricane Higgins (dunno where Hurricane Smith was born, but then only old farts, very windy none the less, remember him). Pity, as I do not do cities by choice, so I do not know why I suggested that.

The St Cyp end of Canet Plage, eh. Small world then. Been there a few times and had some rather off-the-wall experiences that are now indelibly etched into my memory.

Moving swiftly on, did you see them raking the beach while you were there? They are quite houseproud.

Do you need planning permission for a sand castle? Seriously though they know the beach is the attraction. Some Brit resorts should take note!
