To put it in perspective.....

I intend to have one or maybe two MOT'd and ready to drive BXs for sale at this or slightly cheaper money.
No, they won't be perfect, but all there and working cars for same or less money.

And I sold this for £460 very recently...with 12 months MOT and full service history!

Unless they are really really good, N/A diesels don't go for much money as runners - everybody wants a turbo it seems. An incomplete non runner sold as a big lump someone has to drag away is scrap money. The only chance they have of getting that is to strip and sell the bits individually.

I think your location might have had something to do with the fact you struggled to get good money for it.
