Thought I would check this Petrol BX out....

The seller responded:
It's a BX 19 TXD, a Diesel model. I think it was a problem with the engine but I didn't get it checked out.

!!**FF. He has won the award for doing as little as possible to accurately describe the car. Avoid.

Like people who spend £500 in the last month on their car and then decide they `haven`t got time to take it for an MOT and have bought a new car` it sounds like a cop out to me. Why sell it without checking it out-it could be some piddly little £1.99 part that needs replacing.
This has got f*$%*d written all over it i.m.h.o.

If he was close by I`d stick a silly bid on to see what happened. However all things being well (and with a polite cough in someone`s direction!) I MAY be about to become the owner of another BX quite soon. Watch this space and all that......

This is a Mondeeo. It hurts me to even spell it properly.

I presume you were searching for golf clubs and trolley. Even though this would cost more than the aforementioned.

A winner though has to include a bit more than NOTHING in the way of deceit and evasion tho IMHbxO.

I asked the owner of the Devon BX how it had broken down and he just said it wouldn't run - also that it might have had something to do with its "overhauled" engine. Still clear as mud.
