I bet not even Phil Boxall (who's not well) knows this. Sad, but it was quite badly damaged in the crash, and at 250,000 miles or thereabouts probably not practical to save.

True though, Tim; a legend of a BX. ;(

In a few years I bet even cars like this will be saved, but in the meantime there aren't enough of us nutters to go round

Phil, you may be able to answer a query i have.

Did the heated rear screen work on the 'green hornet' ?

As you know we have an almost identical car and the rear screen is only working on two bars, if the hornets does i feel a purchase of parts coming on.

If I remember correctly, yes.

The blower motor on the other hand... that was iffy.
