BX Spotted at Staffordshire County Showground

I went to a VW show at Staffs showground today with my local VW club and was surprised to see a BX driving around the site. Unfortunately I didn't get chance to take a picture but I have seen it on here before as I recognise the reg it was BX 1700, looked really tidy. I was going have a look but you drove off the site before I got chance to.

Yup, that was me!!
I had just come back from Stafford where i had taken my lad to play his Sunday league footy game.
My other car is a VW 1303 Cabriolet, so i thought id pop into the showground to view the VWs on show, i was going to show my VDub but the tax ran out at the end of October so I couldnt.
Hopefully Rich (RXBX) will post a piccy of my Dub. Thanks

Yep thats the one the BX is looking brilliant and that bug looks bob on, I was there in my 1989 Jetta that I've recently tidied up and put back on the road. At the minute I'm looking out for either a beetle or BX whichever comes first. I know it should be the BX but I just want the experience of owning an old beetle.
