Thanks gents.

Like you say, I'm in no hurry. I await to see how my fancies develop in terms of models, but I suspect that I'd be after the first really mint car that I saw at the right time.

If you fancy a GTi 4x4 in lovely condition, owned by enthusiasts all its life with its complete history then get in touch.

This pic was taken last year at the midland section citroen car club rally when it was entered in the concourse d'elegance.

Bloo*y hell, Ian. I like that, Mate! If only, eh? Trouble is, as you suggest it's not really a mega-miles daily driver. Good, I say! Keep it neat.

I agree Phil such a rare nice example need to be used sparingly and cherished!

I was there at Stratford last year (in't red Visa 17D) and I'm sure I took a pic of this beauty. I must say it was grand to see a BX in the concours 8)

In fact, didn't I speak to you at Anthony Parks' barbie Ian? (He came in white D reg BX14)

I was hanging round a barbie with somebody that had a white BX. I didnt know him though. I was with my girlfriend and pretty tipsy!

I remember the red Visa, i seem to remember it was for sale and i really tried hard not to find the owner!

I took a pic of that 4x4 at the event the year before, I'll have to dig it out.
