The vanishing wheel...

Post by adamskibx »

I never had a spare, because it was flat and allegedly damaged beyond repair, so I removed it for the purposes of passing an MOT. That is legitimate, right, if kicking oneself in the boot; pun intended. Well, I don't understand why it has vanished from the driveway. Worryingly, I suspect kids rolled it down the hill. A potential lethal weapon!

I despair for society

MOT people don't care about the condition of the spare wheel. Mr Plod does....

I thought the spare wheel had been added to the MOT.

I`m pretty sure it can only be advised on, if there is a problem with it.

I think that the fact that a spare wheel is not required for an MOT would rule out any police complaints, from any sane policeman, of which there are few I have to admit.
