Well, it looks like you can park 3 across and maybe 4 deep? That's the size of my 'long term' storage area. Then there's the spares Land Rover parked in an orchard, the 2 lockups by my brothers, the 3 spaces in the 'local barn' and the garage and 2 parking spaces (counting the road!) at the house.

Several years ago I was with a friend picking up an H van he'd bought in Holland. It came with a van load of spares that were kept in the corner of a building at least 5 times the size of this one. My mate started the following conversation:

"Wouldn't you love a building this size?"
"Not big enough!"
"Come on Mike, you'd never fill a building this size!"
"Give me a building like this and 6 months and just watch me!"

If I ever move ovr that way, i reckon the bus would fit in there quite nicely!
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

Before you fill it it might pay to look at industrial shelving or a mezzanine floor. Rental should not increase just because your being more efficient with the volume. Does depend if there is access to a forklift but a Mezzinnine is well useful for panels, trim and shelved smalls leaving the lower area for cars and lumpy bits. Blimey you get four floors of cars in there!

The Bear's idea of a mezzanine is a good one, even if it's just for spares. You may even have a handy roof bean for a winch or similar - I have a roof joist directly above the loft door at home that I've attached a pulley block to, enabling me to haul bicycles straight up the stairwell into the roof.

You can get RSJ creepers on which to mount a pulley block and tackle. Much as hydraulic lifts are good, the old chain block on an RSJ still wins for me. You can create a four point lifting pallet for them but a forklift is clearly a lot easier.

Another handy thing I have seen in tall sheds is a high mounted tyre/wheel rack. Gets them out of the way and out of sunlight.
