Wanted :Rear height adjuster

Can anyone help or suggest where to find a rear height adjuster. Assume they are the same for all models ?

Mine is leaking. So you think it could be made serviceable with a seal kit?

99% sure the seal kit will sort the leakes, as long as its not the short rubber pipe split/perished
