rear end shooting up???!!
An interesting quirk has appeared on my BX since its returnto the road. when i brake, e.g approaching a set of traffic lights, and reach a standstill when the brake pedal is released the rear of the car raises up? why?

strange rear end behaviour is usually air in the rear brakes, theres also a diagnostic to prove your rear brakes are working, something like lower the car, switch off engine, put height lever in normal position, place foot on brake pedal, keeping foot on brake pedal start the engine, the front should rise normally, the rear should stay down until you take your foot off the brake. Not totally sure what it proves but the neighbours dont half stare

air in brakes
I agree, definately air in the rear brake/suspension circuit.
Replace the bleed screws-you will be pleased you did next time.
My car gets air here when it is left in the garage for a few months- I do not know where it gets in, but a quick bleed and it is fine again.
If anybody knows how it does get there, please share it with us!
