I think there is a slight difference, as the normal range of adjustment will be centred around the LHD driver's seat rather than the UK side. It may be possible to adjust to suit - if you sit on your passenger side can you adjust the mirrors for proper visibility?
I remember some years ago removing the elec mirrors from a dutch registered bx lhd in a local breaker yard, the angle of front to rear movement is the same both rhd & lhd so should be ok. I also got an immaculate pair of front monza front seats for £25 all in. Back in the days when bx's were in plentiful supply.
