Brand new Avon 175-70-13 tyre.
Brand new Avon 175-70-13 tyre.
As above one brand new Avon 175-70-13 tyre. Zero miles still with sticker on. Currently on VAG steel wheel with new valve and balanced, but can remove if wanted. Should fit some 205/309/Escort/Astra/Au*i/V*lksw*g*n models amongst others.
£15 collected, can post tyre only out, reckon about £13.00 for postage.
I also have three Goodyear tyres in the same size, one about 7mm, one 6-7mm and one about 5mm, £15 for all three.

What I`ve found so far:
175-65-14 budget make but approx 7mm of tread (new ones have 8mm). Not 100% but looks like it`s on a Citroen rim.
175-70-14 on Citroen (BX) wheel. Budget make again but approx. 7mm of tread remaining.
175-70-14 Dunlop on Citroen (BX) rim. Approx 7mm of tread though it`s got a slow puncture. I suspect leaking valve, but can have it repaired if anyone wants it. I think I can get it done for about a fiver and it`s too good to bin.
185-65-14 Goodyear with approx. 7mm of tread. Currently on a Ford alloy which I want to keep but can/will havee removed from rim.
I`m pretty sure I have quite a few more 175-70-14, 175-65-14, 186-65-14, 165-70-14 and similar sizes as I have about 40 or so wheels tyres in my garages. Trouble is some are buried behind the 16V and some behind my Merc. I`ll try and pull every single one out and post up makes/sizes/tread depth remaining. Need garages clearing to make room so everything will be cheap. In amogst the ones I have are some more 175-70-13s and also some pretty new 155-80-13`s too as well as a Metro TD (metric) Dunlop on a steel wheel.

OK Marty, no problem. I`m convinced I had at least four 175-65-14`s but the resr aren`t where I thought they were, maybe I`ve got rid of them
I`ll have a better look over the next few days and let you know immediately I`ve found out.
Meantime the one you mention is yours, I`ll put it aside somewhere for safe keeping.

Cheers - I suppose the other thing i could do is use the 175/70/15 tyres and put two on the back, and use the 65 tyres on the front. Will need to pop down to yours at some point with a wheel for Aarons AX and apparently he is going to drop a sunshine roof deflector off at yours for me.

Ah, something else I`d forgotten. I did have some spare tyres for Aaron`s AX which I need to see if are still about.
Might try 185-65-14`s on my BX , wonder if they`ll be ok? Probably need a wheel which is half a `J` wider than standard ones perhaps?
BTW, Stewart if you`re reading this I still have the plastic inner wing guard here for you if you`re passing. Failing that next time I`m on the A483 I`ll try and remember to put it in the boot and give you a call.
