My missus wont part with hers!

She keeps nagging me about rear arm bearings which is fine as long as she doesnt start talking about spheres in bed

I wouldn't go that far.....her Saxo VTR is off the road with a duff driveshaft :P

But she has enjoyed driving it, and her friend says it should be named because it has so much character

Seen at roadside with For Sale sign & a phone number.

Quick phone call, visit bank, hand over £260. I've bought a BX.

A one-owner Triton green TZD with 150k, full C/SH, some spare parts from his garage, a set of Tule roof bars, a couple of Haynes service manuals, it's got half-smiler wheel trims on, but he also has a set of TGD ones (I prefer them anyway) and the diesel that was in the tank - 3/4 full. Head gasket and rebuilt head in 2003...

It needs a service and the rear arm bearings doing, and it uses quite a lot of oil (mainly from a weep from a split hose and some other wet bits about the engine bay) but otherwise, it's bargain of the century. Goes very nicely too.
