'Bob' the TZD Turbo

Post by Philip Chidlow »

Well, I had to call it something and 808 reads a little like BOB. Some suggested Henry (as in VAC) - so maybe I should have christened the car Henri referencing it's gallic origins... Anyway...

Went out for a run in the sun today. And took some pics :)

Handsome car Phil, you know I think the BX is improving with age, with all the bloated rounded moderns all looking the same.
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

Looking a very loved example now Phil. :D

Btw, did you select 'intermediate' for the photo's or are the height adjusters set too high? :?

White is the new black! Very nice, my GTi is going to look pretty shabby next to your car on the Challenge...

As far as I know it was set on normal height but if it is riding a little high I hadn't really noticed to be honest! It's going to my guru Dennis before the Challenge and he'll check it.

Looks great. White is the best colour for a BX, IMHO. Not biased or anything.

Any mention of Bob always reminds me of Blackadder II.
Well Bob. We're a couple of fine lads together, aren't we? Let's get ratted and talk about girls eh? Yes we could sing some really dirty songs and... oh God, I find you curiously pleasant company, young Bob!

I do like a BX in white, it suits the shape and gives it a sharp look.

I have a chevron logo, and the big Citroen lettering down the side just haven't put them on yet :)
