I was checking over all the fluids yesterday... and noticed that my LHM has taken on a distinctly yellow tinge.
Time for a change, do you think?
I'm guessing that's a yes... if so, what LHM would you suggest. Searching the forum seems to bring up Total as the best green goop...
Also, will changing the hydro make my ride nice and soft again, or is time to get friendly with the chain wrench? - the ride on the back isn't good as the arm bearings are shot... must sort that... but going over lumps in the road is a pain. Like the rumble strips near my house, front over, thump, back wheels over. BANG and the whole car shakes!
I'm thinking the back spheres are going to be coming off soon as well!
Ah well... it's only money. It's not as if I need to spend it on beer or other life enhancing things.
And the accumulator, and that persistent little oil leak, and the rust... oh, the joys of owning a classic.
Yellow, not green

Good luck with those... may your suspension be soft and magical once more...ellevie wrote: I will succeed !
Who wants to watch the world cup when you could be under a BX getting cut on rusty bits and covered in oil, road film and LHM... there's no comparison really.
