Recoding a plip unit
Right can anyone help i have followed the instructions on the rbsmith site including the oddity of L becoming O and O becoming L but i cannot get it to work i have tried 2 receivers so i must be doing something wrong in recoding the receiver to the transmitter.

Sleepy, as you say, you must be doing something wrong.
I have never done this myself but I do know that if Bob Smith has put his name to this procedure then it will work if followed correctly.
Can only suggest that you review your interpretation of the process and try again.
