Yes, shame that - if they were for estates I'd be interested. Oh actually, at that price maybe not...
If anyone comes across any new Xantia estate ones, let me know - they can be persuaded to fit a BX estate...

Do Xantia saloon cylinders fit BX saloons?

Yes, early ones do (not Activa). But you have to modify the boss where the high pressure pipe comes in - it's thicker on the Xantia clinder so needs turning or grinding down. You also have to use the BX pushrod and cylinder boot as the Xantia ones are different.

If anyone's interested I have a pair of excellent condition Xantia cylinders available, as well as one brand new one - bought before I realised I needed Estate ones.

The boots have become NLA apparently. Rob Moss of Chevronics has started to have them remanufactured.
