Part No for ABS pipe

Post by ken newbold »

Looking for a front to rear pipe for an ABS model, this is the thicker pipe, not the standard 3.5mm one.

Anyone know if this is the right one or have a number for the correct one?

It states non-turbo for some reason, I can't think why an ABS brake pipe would be different for a turbo than a non-turbo though.

Looks like a 3.5mm for LHD, so avoid this one. I reckon the one you need might be 96093534. But I am not 100% on this. Best to order via Pliades a to get the right size.

Thanks guys, I thought it was odd as ABS wouldn't be fitted to an standard BX over here, just TD's GTi's and 16v, so it didn't make any sense to me.

These 'almost' fit:

Although they should be perfect from the description, and I bought a few for spares, it was found where the pipe attached into the top part there wasn't enough depth and this had to be drilled out a little to fit the brake pipe.... Other than that it's been on the 16v for 6 months with no problems...
