That was the conclusion I came to Jay, First pump was fubar and seized up this second one I simply dont understand why it went like this so quickly. It bugging me it pretty much failed with a 200 mile drive from the first symptoms I thought the belt had come loose. Thinking about it it was slow to rise before I set off on the jaunt I did.

Joked with the wife if she wrote off the other diesel on the ice going to work today I would swap the engine out two problems solved. That would not actually be my favourite option though.

Other option is a major and involves swapping out the petrol engine! Cant see that one flying either.
