Heater blower control
The heater blower control appears to be working back to front on the TZD estate i.e turned fully clockwise is off and fully anticlockwise is full speed, why would this be? appears to be working fine for the most part.

I would imagine you have some burnt out transistors which are used as resistors to slow down the fan speed. You will find much more info in the definitive heater mod thread here;
