Unlikely the chassis will be too damaged, you will need to check the door shut gaps at the rear between the doors and rear quarters looks as tho the nearside gap has closed up a bit, nonetheless repairable i would think with the right equipment such as a puller on a jig, boot floor and rear panel etc repairable you could cut these from another car. all depends on how much you are prepared to spend, how did it happen did you reverse into a bollard?
Technically in insurance write off i would think.

In any dealings with the insurers make sure you reference the recent article in Classic CAr Weekly where 16v were valued (rightly or wrongly!) at £3250 or so.
Obviously I can't see underneath, but from the outside that looks a very nice job. Better than 90% of the others I've seen repaired recently. Wasn't Washington coachworks by chance?
