WANTED: Solex Z1 (GT carb)
Anyone got an old Solex Z1 with the autochoke kicking around? Need one for the GT as there are a few broken bits on this one! Cheers

Got a Weber equivalent mate, yours if you want it foc.
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

Which bits of the autochoke do you need Rich? I have a few spare bits from when I had the waxstat replaced with a new one.

It's not the autochoke so much, it's the big white plastic round thing that the throttle cable attaches to. The clip that holds the return spring has fractured on this one, so it never retracts the throttle properly. I'm amazed it ever ran at all, to be fair!

Hi Tim, if the other chap doesn't want the weber carb could I have it please as I have a weber carb on my Gt and would like a spare one in case anything goes wrong with it. I am willing to pay the postage costs and pay you for the carb as well. If that is ok with you please message me and arrange it. Many thanks, Les
