Vin number
can anyone help me. Long story got divorced many moons ago and wife has destroyed all my docs and history for my car. I know my reg number and engine number as i did work on it. Im tryimg to get the logbook for it which is in my name but i cant get to the car due to the ex wife. Can anyone help me?

DVLA? They usually quite helpful if you don't mind being held in a phone queue. Or email them they should get back to you within 48 hrs.

Just apply for a replacement V5 from the DVLA, will cost you £25:00 you can download the postal application form here or apply by phone:
