front lower arms tightening

On my front lower arms, I have rebushed them and reassembled with the nylocck nut at the front and the ordinary at the rear, to finger tight. so what do I do?
I know the car has to be at normal running height, but which nut do I tighten? the front with a spanner on the rear? if so how much? then do I tighten the rear? whats the sequence?..... is there a torque setting for the front nut and do I put a spanner on the back?

any ideas will be greatfully received

Nothing complicated here. Just torque up the front nut. The amount of thread showing should be 7mm before you torque. The spindle does not usually turn but if it does then you will need to get a spanner on it.

How tight? Is there a torque setting?

116ft/lbs, 16kg/m, 157nm or in other words very tight.
