Hydraulic pipe lengths

HI

I am going home to Ireland at Christmas and want to replace the Hydraulic lines on my 1984 19RD,

It failed the test recently due to corroded brake lines,

Does anyone have a list of pipe lengths?

I want to see if I can have all the required supplies there for when I return,

Any tips from anyone who has done this before would be more than appreciated!

Thanks I am a little confused, some websites show they have closed, but facebook shows them as open....

Anyway, I have three Citroens and would like the experience of fitting myself,
Just being lazy hoping someone had a list of lengths so I could know roughly how much raw material I would need..

They're definitely still open. I think the confusion is because they had to move garages-- they stayed in the same village .

Yes, it would be cheaper if you did it yourself. I take it you are aware of the non'standard flare size?

Yes I am aware of the different flare type, I think I have the use of the special tool from a neighbour at home.

Only just seen this - did you get the dimensions you wanted? If not shout - I re-piped mine a few months back and noted the pipe length. One tip – I ended up making mine a few cm longer than original - it's far easier to 'lose' a bit extra than to try and get everything back exactly as it came out. The first pipe I made to the same length as standard ended up being too short in practice...

So having even rough pipe lengths would be a great help so I can order enough pipe for my next return home,

Right then. These are the measured lengths (from my 1991 TZD estate, not that it makes any difference as far as I know) using the tried and trusted 'bit of string' method.
The first one I made (pipe 4 in my list) I made the same length and it ended up too short where I hadn't managed to exactly replicate the original routing. So I ended up making each one of the long ones about 5cm longer and had no further problems.

The four main front to rear pipes, in order from the top as they run along under the car.
1: (to rear brake splitter). 345cm
2: (to other splitter): 363cm
3: (rear height corrector to safety valve on front subframe): 315cm
4: (rear height corrector to push fit in Octopus): 360cm
5: (splitter to r/h suspension cylinder): 85cm
6: (splitter to l/h suspension cylinder: 77cm
7: (splitter to height corrector): 33cm (I made mine 35cm).
There are also the brake pipes (with the shock absorbing coils). I don't have overall measurements for those. All I have is that the l/h one measures 10cm from the splitter to the start of the coil, and 50cm from the end of the coil to the caliper union. And the r/h one measures 20cm from splitter to start of coil and 50cm from end of coil to caliper. Again, it's easier to make them a bit longer and lose the extra by different routing than it is to try and make a too-short version fit.
