I have a turbo diesel gearbox, clutch and gearstick with linkages, may have a pedal box, poss I might have a clutch cable and brackets, you will also need the ball swivel that sits on top of steering rack for gearbox linkages, I don't have the gearstick gator.

I'm not sure how the turbo diesel gearing ratios will work with the 1.9d as they are slightly different but it Will fit.

I've done this conversion before it's pretty straightforward.

A TD gearbox is slightly taller gearing, 25mph per 1000 rpm in 5th instead of 22 so no massive deal, will be more economical
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

I'm in South Lincs near spalding
£75 the lot
You will need a flywheel and bolts, lower Bell housing cover, clutch, gearstick and linkages, clutch cable, hyd pump bracket (think the auto one is different) you'll need to bypass the lockout switch as well, I've got all this.
Not sure I've got a pedal box or the bulkhead gator and bracket for the clutch cable nor the ball swivel for the top of the steering rack
Driveshafts are the same on auto/manual

The bell housing cover & hydraulic pump bracket are the same on both the manual and automatic cars. The flywheel & flywheel bolts are different though.
The driveshafts are different, but you can use them in both (it's just the CV joints that are different, the ends are the same).
The gearbox bolts are the same on both.

The lockout switch is just an extra relay and a few wires that are added in, but if you look carefully, you can see one wire that goes into the lockout switch circuit, if you move that wire (if i remember correctly, its yellow) to the brown plug that goes to the engine in place of the one that goes to the lockout (which is also yellow), then you completely remove the circuit and thus wire it as a manual car would have been wired. It takes a bit of patience, but it’s worth the effort. You’ll need a tiny screwdriver or a needle to unhook the clip to move it though (you’ll understand when you look at the plug). If you need a quick fix then just jumper the two wires that go to the cut off switch on the gearbox until you can do it properly (If i remember correctly, all four are green though).

Hope that helps.

Zombierat84,
I know its some months since you posted your wanted piece....you wouldn't happen to have all the auto bits still would you as I wish to go from manual to auto in a 1.9D?
