I got the Citrovisie BX book, not as spectacular as a DS but I'm enjoying it :D Lovely book.

Same here - a great present!
Have dipped in to read up on the Millésime, and just now managed to find that body colour Sable Phenicien was a phase-out addition to the model.
Early days, yet...

I made the mistake of starting to read it an hour after a rather wonderful Christmas dinner. The eyes were heavy after being fed and watered so spectacularly so it's a good job I wasn't reading laying down or I would have been nursing a sore nose today. Not that the book is boring, it's brilliant, but banqueting and reading aren't the best combination  :D

And after having nagged Citrovisie to do an English translation of the CX book I was duty bound to purchase said book!

Been having a googly on which petrol the ds should run on unleaded or super? Or add lead supplement to E5?
Not much info on this?
It's going in to have electronic ignition fitted and a bit of a tune up as it's smells very rich on the exhaust.

At least the type of hydraulic fluid shouldn't cause any headaches with that late a DS - you can safely buy the green stuff in bulk. It's a great-looking example of a great car. Have been a passenger in one cross-country but never driven one.

Thanx DLM yes it is quite up-together but far from perfect there are several (list as long as your arm) small issues (lots of broken, missing, bodged bits of trim with rounded off or broken screws/bolts or just no fittings at all) to deal with which I am working my way through, a usable project in the meanwhile.
Even more usable once the electronic Ign is fitted.
