'Enthusiasts will tell you the CITROEN BX19 TZS...
... was the best ever produced... My, I hadn't realised that! But then read the description!

`Direct from a main Nissan dealer` actually means direct from his local auction where the dealer sends his older cars and sold `all good` is another auction term used by traders, plus his ott description just gives it all away. Still a nice looking car and despite his poetic licence it should be a good motor for someone, though starting it at £400 I think he may struggle.

Those hand controls could be a potential hassle to remove and the Insurance will be a lot higher as it is not standard and is as they say Adapted and you cannot keep quiet about it because it will of been informed and it will have a marker so the insurance know, I have been bitten by this before and it is a nightmare in paperwork to get it put back as standard, That was a while ago but the laws have probably been tightened up now. I ended up selling the car for £10 just to get rid of the hassle as i could not get insurance on it.

When I read the long and overblown sales pitch I had the feeling that this guy might have African connections.......It read just like those emails that promise you a large commision on several million dollars for just "assisting" with the transfer of funds from Nigeria to a bank account in Europe .

I get very wordy in my eBay stuff (no suprise to any of you!) and I`m all for it. I`m absolutely certain I get less money for my cars but nobody has ever complained because my descriptions are honest without any punches being pulled. The pictures alone will sell a car but this bloke just comes across as trying too hard. I`m sure most of us will have walked into a second hand car showroom at some point in our lives to be patronised and bullshitted to by someone who goes way overboard and comes up with daft sayings like `completely revamping` and `bought into the 21st century.
I always wonder who would fall for talk like that on what`s essentially an old car? How many people will be lloking to upgrade a car that`s, say, ten years older than this one and would actually think this is a state-of-the-art latest modern designed automobile?
It`s all meaningless (and pointless) bollocks to me and makes the seller seem a bit of a smart arse.
As I say nice car and we know the enjoyment we get from BX`s but this isn`t a two year old Bentley, it`s an old Citroen.

Call me cynical but this seller has sold a Ford Escort 3 times to different people and had feedback left from `delighted buyers`. The winning bidder of the BX has also won something else off seller & has previously (recently) bid on another car of his.
