WONKY BUMPER

Post by tim leech »

Guys what sort of job is it to remove and refit a front bumper, my TZD ones come of its bracket on the drivers side corner, ive dried clipping it back on but its no good so will have to slide forward and then back over the plastic guide.

Any pointers, I know I have to remove the headlamps to get at the screws.

Its easy. Leave the headlamps alone!

Three torx bolts under the grill. Three under the slam panel just inside the bumper facing upwards (looking at underneath of car)

Two clips either side under wings, they just slide in and out. Most are knackered, my 16v doesn't have one on one side. Doesn't really matter to be honest.

Dont forget to prize down the two spring clips visible through the front grille at each end.
