The BX convertible ( not real but with a picture )

Post by Kingswell »

Have you ever wondered what a BX convertible might look like.
I created this in photoshop ( my first time using it so bear with me ), it's what I think the convertible would look like.

I've actually seen one of these, our local scrappy makes them all look like this before they leave his yard.
They think it's all over, it is now!

Then there's the shortened coupé. By now things are looking silly!

Interesting work guys. But, if you're really that bored, you can always come and help me change my steering rack
Looks interesting...in my minds eye I would of had the back lower i.e. roof tucked away in boot..not that I'm complaining guys its far far better that I can do... because I do not know what photoshop is... Just a thought kingswell - you think you can give you're model a spit and polish???

I think a 3 dr version with a longer front door would have been a nice touch.

Hi lads. I think the same applies to my awe of your collective abilities as regards mechanical/electrical skills (let alone confidence). I've been working with Photoshop for over 11 years now and still only count myself as partially capable. It is a remarkable tool and I use it for my work 80% of the time now (I am a graphic designer/illustrator).

I need not tell you the software is neither cheap or simple. I can suggest Adobe's website for more info. But try PhotoElements for a start 8)

I think you can get obsolete editions for not much cash - I got one described as Photoshop LE (proper Adobe etc)thrown in with a hard drive some years ago - and as far as I can see its the real thing without the batch processing bits.

Mine needs some real life undenting. Quite a bit. Maybe I will polish it though since it is gonna be a while before I can afford some panel beating and spraying.

I use photoshop for fun now, anyone can use it easily. The more patient and attentive you are the better the pictures that can be made. I use an obselete version ( 5 I think ). I had got it off someone who wanted the new version.
