BX TZD Turbo Estate with aircon for sale

Post by BCXM »

I chopped this car back for the diesel auto which I was talking about in another thread..Its a non runner (needs a new head) but the bodywork is reasonable the interior has a good quality grey velour and its done 101,000. It also has airconditioning factory fitted. May be a good project for someone.. I can get some pics for interested parties.

I think £60 is being asked for it, a little on the high side I know but the guys greedy like that...

I went to see a TZD Turbo Estate on Saturday offered by a local Citroen Agent..
has 190,000 on the clock, it's in blue has had a replacement head by the same Citroen agent, was used as a work car and was sign written but on point of sale this will be rectified. At the moment the primer pump looks like it's on its way out but other than a good clean it should be o.k. Glovebox ashtray/coin holder o.k no apparent leaks and an MOT till May.
It was dark when I went to see it so no pics i'm afraid I'll be back there on Thursday..
With the primer pump sorted I think it's up for £260.. I know it's a high miler but it wlll do for someone as a hack and it is MOT'd..

Some people are picky about such things and it shows the car has been looked after as those are easy items to break...

TZD estates are a poular car, comfy fast and economical. £260 is cheap I think even with high miles.

TDs are quicker than your average car, you cant compare them to a 16v. Midrange acceleration on them is quite surprising!
