a Great LOST bx

Post by Gareth Wales »

Does anyone remember a green (ish) BX (maybe hurricane) which had really been sorted. It was immaculate ( I recall that the boot had been de-locked) and being sold on e-bay-bay by a guy called Gareth (no relation) - near Gatwick but a t the time I couldnt afford the insurance (it had exhaust like a rampaging Pamplona a bull's areshole, any clues?

hmmm that the one that had a motorbike reg plate on the back? It was advertised loads on the BX16v forum before eventually making it onto ebay, serious money spent includign a near ful body respray!

go check out www.bx16v.com/forum and see if you can find it in the for sale section, i believe it did eventually sell, but wasnt helped by a rather steep asking price! The car had a name as well though i dont rememebr!

It is still about, now fitted with phase 2 16v alloys. It was involved in an accident with some minor damage which I believe is now repaired.
