Weights and measures

Does anyone have a spare sphere lying about, or better still a spare strut??

I need to know approximate weights for an un filled sphere (ie no LHM) and a unfilled strut for a very special purpose! It not somethign that is ever going to happen but a concept kit car with hydraulic suspension is in the lines!

Also, how does the C5 suspension maintain its 'sealed' system? I assume ti still has a pump and pressure leaks past?
