Ken, if its an old one of yours & its still a good one, why not cough up the cash, afterall £200 is nowt for a car thats good? Ok those greedy mothers have got their dosh, but why lose out on something just cos of their greed, i'm sure u can get your own back on them sometime.....

There`s no way in this world I`d buy it off them. If they want to be greedy that`s their problem.
They will never get anywhere near £200 in parts off it and with the weigh in included. Had they been sensible they`d have offered it for perhaps £100-£125 and still have done well out of it.
I don`t bother using some scrappys now for this very reason. Bollocks to them, their greed is their loss.

Just in case you've ever wondered what £200 worth of scrap looks like, here it is.

The damaged door pulled out at the top was the only thing wrong with it. Now 2 weeks later the only thing taken off it is the n/s/r light which I've got for Billy.

I would rescue them wheeltrims ken there very rare. Put a wheel on and striaghten the door.

Small consolation but one part of that will live on later, as soon as I can be arsed to go out and fit it! Thanks to Ken for dropping the part off about 1/2 hour ago on his way to rescue another car.
