THREAD HIJACK ALERT So what trims would my TXD Estate have had originally? It's bumpers are all body coloured... is that correct too?

Sorry, I guess we should have the definitive Wheel Trim Guide, Tim....

You're right actually....I remember seeing one a while back in grey with them on.

I know why I caught myself out there.....thats the phase when the TG petrols were out, but the diesels were still called RD's (with the limited run RD Turbo) until the TGD's came out....thats when they all got the 4 square style ones.

I step back down

Yours should have those TX* style ones we're all discussing. Its actually got TZ* ones on it.

The bumpers should be colour coded though mate.

Bet they're rare.

Anyway I like the ones on there at the moment - TZ*'s they may be, but they compliment the car!

I agree with that! My Meteor has TZ trims. I have NEVER seen a Meteor with the original trims. They're rare cos they all bloody fell off I think!! Whereas these TZ ones are nice and flush with the rim and stuck like limpets! :D
