You'll need to get the front end up on axle stands, get a 17mm spanner and a bit of grunt to get the bolts off, copper slip for the sliders, threadlock when you're putting them back on again. Chances are the rubber bellows at each end will have perished too, so put liberal globs of high-temp grease at each end to keep muck out.
Put a dab of grease on the back of the pad where it hooks over the caliper, and on the little right-angled sliding piece of metal that keeps them in place too. Don't smear it all over though - ideally you don't want any grease on your discs/pads
Be aware that the little springs on the pads have to fit JUST so, in order to keep tension on the pad.
I didn't know those springs existed until last time I did mine - I'd never seen them before. They don't come as replacements with new pads, so don't lose them!
