The shell's ok I think, but you can never tell.

Engine would suit an estate I reckon!

Seems such a shame, as she was a real bonny babe, before the prang!

Anyone written a step-by-step guide to "easy subframe changing"?

Can the wings on a BX be removed easily? The subframe would be easy. It would need a new subframe, new n/s arm and two new doors by the looks of it. How badly the "inner" front wing is damage I cant tell, but as the front bumper bar is straight still, you'd be in witha good chance.

Have a look at the engine shot, you can see the intake tube is kniked because of damage to the inner wing.

Come on Dean, this has your name all over it.

I take it it's MOT'd, ? If so the number plate could be changed easily enough.
They think it's all over, it is now!

All Mk2 subframes are the same.

It would need some pulling out of the inner wing, although personally I'd cut the lot out and weld new panels in.
Aside from sourcing a front bumper, I reckon I could have that fixed up inside a week.

Shame I aint got the space really...
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...
