How to make a fortune on EBAY

Post by H Reg Pete »

Well this chap certainly didn’t, buy a BX in Scotland and sell it 7 days later in croydon for less than for half the price. What a difference in description to but same photo, I suspect someone’s been nicking spares hence the suspension problems but then again what a way to get cheap spares.

Sounds like for whatever reason he bought it he`s been done over. If you read the feedback he left for the seller in Scotland he`s none to happy. I wonder if he bought it to use and realised it was shagged?

Ok fair enough, this car has obviously sprang a leak somewhere.

This can happen without any warning whatsoever so i'm not entirely convinced the negative feedback is justified.

I got a bit shafted with my eBay cars - in hindsight I should have put the BX back on again - still it has provided Mr. B with a wonderful source of spare parts, and my mates with hours of fun pointing & laughing at me.

I agree Ian, I was just looking at the feeback and jumping to conclusions. Maybe if the purchaser was unfamiliar with the BX he was just mightily pissed when the car allgedly developed faults within a very short time.
In actual fact I`ve re-read his all feedback and he does sound rather fussy. I can`t stand it when people leave negative without trying to resolve it first.
I`m on 100% but realistically expect some moron will spoil it one day. I always state when I send goods out that people e-mail me if there`s a problem before leaving feedback.
What I do now is never leave feedback first because if someone complains and doesn`t ask me to help out first they`ll get the same back.
Harsh but fair I think.
