I concur with the above, it was great to meet up with some familiar and many new faces. I got so sunburned that I must've looked permanently embarrassed. Well, the opposite was true. What a great, relaxing bunch of people! Long live the club!

Nice to meet you Chris, didn't get a chance to introduce myself properly but I'm sure there'll be other occasions (I'm the one who's supposed to look like a certain Scouser..).
Pleased to meet Mulley, Mountainman, SimonBX17, Tim, Kitch, oily Stewart. I'm sure there were lots of BX'ers I didn't get to meet, but there were so many - didn't we absolutely overrun the field?? Shocked at the low attendance of other models - we MADE that event!!
Mark.

I think there were more, but I saw at least 3 turn up, and pretty much leave straight away again...
I loved that we as a club did pretty much our own thing aside from the CCC do, makes me think a proper BXClub meet is called for under the following criteria:
Beer.
Field.
Beer.
Tents.
Beer.
Cars.
Beer.
Drinking competition.
Beer.
Probably in that order!

That was mine. I thought it was tasty too!stuart_hedges wrote:I didn't get any pies My own fault...
Thanks for the Chinese Chicken though, whoever brought it. It was oddly addictive. And orange.
It got me into trouble though. We didn't eat it all and had to bin some when we got back last night. Nat threw it in the wheelie bin.....the green one. This morning, our bin wasn't emptied and had a note on explaining why (although not explaining why the binmen were so anal).
So if you fancy any more, theres some rotting outside matey.
On topic, it was good to meet ya Stuart.
Same goes for mnde (Mark?) and Mulley, although didn't speak to either of you much.
Also good to meet Dave, Stuart (oily) and Terry...nice of you to fall into our tent too by the way mate
And finally Dean at long last. Top bloke with a daugther bound for the olympics!
It only leaves Billy really.....its only a matter of time
