I had one of them too, and scrapped it as it was somewhat rotten, and a bit of a shed. Shame, as it was a freebie and even had about 38 minutes of MOT remaining.tim leech wrote:I would like a white 19DTR non turbo

I wouldn't ever get a mystery car without an MoT again - you just don't know what you're going to get into. I once got a free GSA with no MoT - and spent about £500 and a couple of months getting it to pass. Not good.
Then there was the £50 Saab 900 which only failed on minor things, so I fixed those... and it presented new faults at the re-test. Fixed that, and again new faults at the second re-test. So I put it back on eBay where I found it.
I'd bid higher if he'd MoT'd it and posted the fail sheet; at least then you know what work you need to do.
Shame though - that car's a nice spec.
