yeh its worth a bit and Im sure woudl make a good car but just is a bit "off" and to get them wheelarches rusty must have been really unloved!

Wonder what it will fetch, If a M plate tidy car came up for sale I may settle for a Estate.

No Tim, it`s a starting price as opposed to a reserve. A reserve would be if he started the car at, say, £50 then set a another price of £275 ("the reserve") which is the least he would take for it.
Like you say though no opportunity to make an offer, unless you ask him if he`ll relist it cheaper if it doesn`t go or will listen to offers to end sale early.
