Sorry, not convinced about the wheels but the car looks great.

This must be one of the very few D reg Mk1s.
They think it's all over, it is now!

A friend of mine has an Ivory D reg TRS Auto, which I borrowed for a short time once when my GSA was "en pannes" (before I bought the Meteor).

That's a lovely picture :)

I just painted the wheel covers dark grey and the wheel rims with silver steel paint. Always thought it was a strange design as you had to take the wheel off aswell to remove the trims. Sadly I no longer have the car, when the tin worm set in the doors i sold it to a mate for £500 who traded it in for a ZX and got £700 p/ex allowance. I regulary saw it in Maldon (about 8 mles away) for the next 3 years slowley getting more tatty.

You guys are a bit slow on the uptake; the picture is supposed to convey the message "my car purrs like a kitten" :P :P

Or is it "cat for sale, includes *free* accessory pack (1 x Citroen BX). Would make a comfortable, spacious cattery or optional transport for taking yon moggy for rides or to the vet".

"Warning, may prove unsuitable for your tabby to shelter under when its raining, due to unpredictable variances in available headroom..." :o

:D

I thought perhaps he`d trained the cat to inspect the underside of the car for him? If he comes back green and wet the suspension`s knackered!

The breed is instantly recognisable as a sub post office cat, black+white, capable of sleeping anywhere :)
