How not to sell a BX, a quick wash and polish would help that one alot!

Yes, because it'll get more than that weighed in so someone will most likely have a stab at it.
I'm pretty sure that was on eBay quite a while back now, obviously didn't sell if it was.

that would be me then...bit more than the original £50 and possibly more than I wanted to pay but what the hell, it looks pretty straight under the dirt, its a nice colour, fairly local and its rust free

Most importantly of all though I finally own my first BX and I can't wait to pick it up

Thanks both, I am slightly nervous as to what I will discover when I wash all that dirt off but the seller seems honest enough so hopefully I'll have bagged a small bargain. Should be going to pick it up wednesday afternoon so as soon as I get it home I'll clean it up and get some better pics up for everyone to see.

I think the first thing to be done after cleaning though is to get some bxclub stickers on it

Apararetly theres is a curse attached to them, get a mint low miler, attach said sticker and it will fall to pieces around you ears!

Dunno, my txd hasnt got any stickers & has not only got the clutch slipping, but i managed today whilst trying to remove a headlight, to break the bleeding thing,

. So its out with the superglue & duck tape to see if it can be salvaged, typically its the new one rather than the old one that bust......or perhaps i could use some club stickers rather than duck tape

My newest aquisition came complete with BXclub sticker on it, and it hasnt broken down yet!

hmmm, we shall see then, it's not going to be my daily ride anyway so reliability isn't so much of an issue. I have also noticed that there is a wheel trim missing which will annoy me until I have another so I'll be on a mission to get one of them as well.
