French Sport

Post by Philip Chidlow »

£1,250 or so...

This might be the sort of thing I return to BX ownership with. After my attempts to buy a Sport from a guy in Agen earlier on in the year failed, I am still keen that next year I do something different BX-wise...

Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

Then you know that you really do have to get one Phil! It'd be ace to see one in the flesh as it were. What are you waiting for man?

It's still an 8V and it's a Mk1.

Simplicity is the key too.

Timing is everything. I need to wait until I can a) afford the time, effort and money to obtain one, b) persuade my good lady wifey that we really should, and c) rope my French mate(s) into helping me find and secure a good one...

Possibly next spring then!...

It'd be an ace road trip going to collect it Phil. I'd volunteer to help but I haven't got a passport and they probably wouldn't let me back in. I'm not altogether certain the French would be too enamoured to keep me either

It certainly would. I'm always up for a road trip in France and you'll need a support vehicle :)

I've got a passport, I love France, and I'm the most technically brilliant genius ever to have drawn breath.

Convince the good lady wife Phil, leave the rest to us!

Another win-win situation brought to you by the BXClub. When are we setting off Doc/Phil?
