thats very interesting i had enquired at the DVNI as to the availability of bxi 700 and bxi900 and was told they had not been issued :? and to be fair to the guy if the plate is genuine its worth that money all day long.

Not that impressed with the plate tbh and it's currently over-valuing the car. It might (though I can't see it) be worth £600 if a dealer sold it but after comissions or trying to sell it yourself you'd have to knock half that value off for the mither.
Nice looking and seemingly honest car but far too expensive.

Yes, but Tim I think the mileage will put some off - as will the fact it has been converted (and how well?).

A number plate is only worth what someone's willing to pay. Valuations are pretty pointless - especially as the only car owners likely to want that are BX owners, who might not be in the 'cherished registrations' market. After all we aren't renowned for our wealth  !

I think £450's about right. But I don't think it'll be that easy to find a buyer.

OK someone here'll prove me wrong!

It's actually got a lot less going for it. It's been converted (expensive insurance), it's got mega milage on it and it's on a private listing which means something is supect. Nice enough car don't get me wrong but without the plate it's an old high mileage runner.
