We may sometimes question your sanity, but there's no questioning your dedication to the cause. :D

Nope lol Im keeping both, and 2 sd1's and the xantia and the......... I will just be poor for along time.

I would part with the GT but only to a club member with a garage who would only use it for high days and holidays, and its not anywhere near valuable enough yet for that.

That's looking very fine Tim. Quite useful having those facilities at work eh? :)

Here's one that I saw on Flickr that's similar

I want it back now lol :D

Well done on getting it looking smart again Tim. Its quite possibly even better than it was before now, as you have had all the bits that I had painted re-done!

It definately needs that GT badge to finish it off.

Will do Phil, will be the weekend as its always dark when I get home.

Gave her a wash today to get rid off all the dust, touched up the few chips with the leftover paint. Drove down the Cit dealer to get some trim clips and a aerial for the AX and the parst dept is SHUT this week again! I mean how crap is that, noone at the dealer even looked at the GT even though I was parked right outside the door.

Anyway looks like the osr door needs painting as its dented in such a place it cant be got at

Got to say, scrubbed up well - and the bespoke graphics were spot on. Lovely example - just need to make sure she is fully sorted mechanically now (unless I'm wrong and she is!). Here's to no more oil leaks :D Then you wil have just about the best Mk 1 around.
