Looks like it could do with a little love, but I reckon this could make a nice car.
50,000 mile BX Mark 1...
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1984-CITROEN-BX-1 ... dZViewItem
I think it is the most basic BX I've ever seen
Regards,
Matt

Just looked again, it's an A plate, someone save this, could be the earliest BX in the club

I was, funnily enough, thinking Ian Fearn might be interested as a project. I agree that is one of the very early arrivals on these shores....

I think thats more for Tim Leech!
Buying cars isnt on my agenda at the moment, I would love it but its a bit too high spec for my liking, its got a passenger wing mirror, sheer luxury!
Over and out from me

It's great isn't it. The most 'Gallic'-looking BX I've seen for sale... I like the way the window surrounds and the storage bins in the boot are body coloured: none of that matt black rubbish
It'd look great with French style plates an' all

What about a 'BX-consortium buy'?
Just a thought...

We need a place to keep it; a registered owner volunteer; and shares issued (say £25 a share?)... I'd be up for it. Restore and show it and then there's always the option to buy/sell shares - or buy outright giving some return on shareholder's investment...
Just a thought. Again (we have been here before many moons ago)...

God, that is a thing of great beauty! Had an evil thought about a friends decrepid 306TD and the creation of an '84 BX 19TD, but I don't think I could bring myself to carry out such an act of defilement!
Somebody get it bought!

I'd love it, have space but funds very tight this end, it's got to go to a club member.

Someone's in early, should be an interesting auction, It's probably got about 15 watchers by now, all skint BXers's.
