Well, with less than 12 hrs to go, and at £51 - how cheap should a (on the face of it) a decent BX go for? Someone grab a nice one!

£52.12p?
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!
Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

Aye, had it been a diesel it would have fetched more money but a petrol isn't going to be worth a great deal I'm afraid. Looks like the scrap dude has pulled his bid then gone in again so I wouldn't be surprised if he bids late on and we never see this car again.

Sold to pogweasel. I'm sure I've seen that name before, but I can't place where.
You're all correct about the engine, I'd have been bidding on that if it was a diesel.

I did put a couple on after I posted, thinking it was worth £60 whatever it drinks! I really do want a diesel though, and I'll be looking at a couple this weekend.

If I happen upon him I shall indeed tell him. I reckon he was lucky to beat the crusher there. I've just got my truck through the MOt and my local yard are paying seventy quid for polluted cars. And that's before I 'accidentally' remove the cats first. I feel like I may have a busy few weeks coming up: to the weighbridge and beyond!
