Shame the seller didn't consider that the main point of interest for any potential buyer would be the interior!

Here's the Babel-Fish translation :D :

BX CITROEN OLD AMBULANCE It is necessary to envisage some work but it is travelling. To envisage: 1 rear light left (see photo) the suspension to check 1 small shock with the angle of the bumper before 1 hinge of the door postpones right And a good blow of cleaning (which will be made before the sale) Note: The rear window is opaque and painted the 3rd seat with the back is removable what gives a very great volume available the ENGINE EAST IN GOOD CONDITION (not of oil or water consumption) It has really 170000 km of origin and is still very powerful, and especially very economic. I used it 3 more months ago and I start it regularly Véhicule sold in the state without Technical Contrôle This BX am not very current and will become certainly an object of collection... Do not hesitate to ask me questions... Price of relatively low concerning this car; Good biddings.....

B*llocks. I've been after one of these for years but only want one with an engine SOUTH in good condition. The East one is the least desirable due to passengers not being able to get in and the notorious problems with the centrifugal two stroke oil pump failures.
On the plus side he's very handily put an arrow on one of the pictures to some damage that would not otherwise be spotted and the door postpones right.
Oh for a postponing right door.

I would have thought the one fitted with the WEST engine would have been the best as it is fitted with the reversable flange doodler
And has reciprocating thimbles in the crank case to help balance out the inherant vibration from the jiggle pin.
Not to mention it's amazing ability to run backwards at the flick of a switch. (Very Useful ) 8)

ALL total B@ll@cks

Kermit mate, are you feeling alright? :D Or have you been at that terrible beers again? Don't worry we'll send the BX ambulance around with some more supplies! ~ale~ except it's bottles, not tins!

The very friendly seller has sent me these interior photos plus some history : after it was de-commissioned as an ambulance it was used as a lead vehicle for these 'Convoi Exceptional' they have in France - overweight/over-size vehicles. Hence the yellow colour.
He's had it for three years and it runs well and economically. He's selling it because he's bought a Ford van.. :? I really would like this, and with every beers I suck, it seems more feasible..

Thats what they were clearly designed for!!
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...
